Thank you for shopping with MooCrisp! We’re committed to getting your jerky to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. During high-volume periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (depending on location)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We may ship orders using carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and shipping option selected.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Moo Crisp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
